Dealer Policies

DAILY ORDERS:

· There is no minimum order

· Under normal circumstances, all orders are processed within two days they are received. Since our inventory is always kept current and our catalogue is small, backorders are extremely rare.

· Daily orders reaching the minimum stock order requirements are invoiced at the corresponding stock order discount.

DAILY DISCOUNTS

· Discounts on daily orders are all 40% on all chambermusic titles, separate score's and orchestral scores, and · 30% on all orchestral sets.

STOCK ORDERS

· 40% up to € 1.000 · 45% above € 1.000

· A late fee equalling 6% of the invoice total will be charged to your account if payment is not received by the due date. This will be in addition to any finance charges that may be incurred.

TERMS OF SALE

· Invoices for daily orders and stock orders are all payable within 45 days from the invoice date.

· A monthly finance charge of 1,5% will be charged on balances unpaid 30 days from the invoice due date.

· It is imperative that accounts be kept current at all times. Delinquent accounts will, at our discretion, be placed on "STOP SHIPMENT" status, immediate notification will be sent from our office it this occurs.

· Any miscellaneous bank charges relating to nonsufficient funds checks, bank transfer fees, checks drawn on non - Dutch banks, etc. will be billed to the dealer's account. There is a € 20,- fee for checks returned due to nonsufficient funds.

· If a dealer elects to use the Dutch Postal Services as their surface or air mail carrier, Red Frog Music's responsibility for replacing lost or damaged merchandise shall not exceed 50% of the invoice total; the dealer shall assume responsibility for the remaining 50%.

RETURNS

· Merchandise is returnable only if:
- it's defective
- its' s shipped in error
- it's shipped with special '"guaranteed" status for dealer clinics, workshops, reading sessions, etc. (subject to pre-approval of Marcel Baars or Gerard Poot, managing directors)

· Merchandise is not returnable if: it's a special order refused by your customer

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

· All Red Frog Music/Highland Music Publishing items (demo cassettes and compact discs, brochures, catalogs) are available in quantity at no charge.

· Shipping charges for promotional materials are billed to the dealer's account
